Sliced chicken breasts prepared with a blend of bell peppers, Vidalia onions and simmered low and slow in our special Tex-Mex fajita seasoning.  Served with street taco-sized flour or corn tortillas, or on a bed of crunchy tossed greens and topped with a zesty Pico de Gallo
